Abstract

This paper explores the emerging field of behavioral analytics within human resource management (HRM). With the rapid advancements in technology, particularly in data analytics, organizations are increasingly leveraging behavioral data to gain deeper insights into employee performance, engagement, and potential. The abstract delves into the definition and significance of behavioral analytics, discussing its application in various HRM domains such as recruitment, performance management, and employee development. It further examines the challenges and ethical considerations associated with the integration of behavioral analytics in HRM. The study highlights the potential benefits of using this technology for fostering a more efficient and effective workforce, while also acknowledging the importance of maintaining privacy and ensuring fair treatment of employees. The abstract concludes by proposing future research directions and emphasizing the need for a balanced approach to harnessing the power of behavioral analytics for the betterment of HRM practices.
